Just saw that the rev was not there.
John I'm not sure when you look at the coin in hand the top looks a bit flat but not scratched and the bottom looks like the start of a Cud.

Think those are results of a collar clash, die damage on the rim offsets? Without the material there on die will show as a reversed side weakness.

MS-63 because of nose hits .Otherwise 63 mint damaged .

Not sure what's going on with the rims, but the symmetry and tapering makes me think some kind of mint process. I'd say MS-63 otherwise.
