I don't think it's polished but just the lighting in the photo. This is most likely a baggy MS-62 with better photos.

Earl , with all do respect , I have to profoundly disagree with you . There is no way the lighting had anything to do with the looks of this coin . I'm still holding on to what I posted above . Sorry Bro .
