I don't see a listing for your coin. But I'm not convinced yet that it is a RPM. See if you can find some of your devices affected in the same direction as the bottom of the mint mark? (MD) That might be a reason for the bottom mark, but there is something going on with the left side of the mint mark. But as for a OMM, that would be impossible. As the only mint mark used that year was the 'D' mint mark. So I would like to see some closer views of the mint mark and building and AMERICA to see what may have caused this issue? Or if it is a legit RPM or not. The jury is still out on this one so far.

Here are some additional photos.The only thing I see in the I in Pluribus has a leg attaching it to the B. I personally don't see any shifting of any device,But I maybe missing it. Thanks again!

A few devices look affected that may have altered your coin:
1964-D-Nickel-Possible-RPM,-Or-OMM?
I still need to pull up some images if the mint mark shape for that year to see if the normal shape is the same size as your coin or enlarged or reduced?
