I'm brand new looking for coin help like is a coin even worth anything if it's ineligible like really worn down? I believe I have a early 1920? Canadian dime that maybe an error one cause it's flips to be upright. Or the head on one side is upside down I mean

Is it George V?

There are a couple possibilities. It could be a rotated die error or a manmade gimmick (fake error) by combining the halves of two coins improperly. Does the edge show any signs of a seam as if two slices were combined?

Pictures would also be very helpful. Take a look at Tutorials for uploading pics.

P.S. I assume you mean that if you are looking at the face (obverse) correctly and flip it side-to-side, the back (reverse) is upside down. Likewise, if you flip it top-to-bottom, the reverse is upright.

Welcome!

Edward VII 10 cent coins were "flipped" (coinage axis) until 1907. So your coin is likely 1902 to 1907. If the king faces right it is Edward VII. If he faces left it is George V.
