I Need Some Help With Determining If These Coins Just All Have Different Forms Of PMD Or If They Possibly Have One Of The Various Types Of Errors I Might Not Have Become Familiar With Yet As I Am Still New To Coin Collecting.

In My Opinion The Damage On These Coins Is From:

1937 - Being Very Worn Over Time

1959 - Some Kind Of Oxidization

1975 - Zinc Rot? Not Sure If This Happened On Coins Before 1982

1962 Canadian Nickel - Melting From Fire But I Thought Both Sides Would Be Somehow Effected By This

If Possible And Your Opinion Is PMD Id Appreciate Any Information Why You Think That Because I Am Only Going To Truly Learn More If I Understand Why Something Looks A Certain Way And The Next Time I See The Same Thing I Will Be Able To Quickly Pass On It Instead Of Spending Countless Hours Researching Like I May Or May Not Have Done With These.

The 37 & 75 are road rashed, (street/parking lot), the 59 looks like dirt/sedimentary buildup, buried coin. Nickel was attacked by one of those pencil type torch/soldering tool(gets real hot, real quick, melted/hardened quickly.

Keep your eye out for my next book, Coin IDing for Dummies, Volume 2, that covers true and bogus error coins. Its in que to be put up on the PDF downloads. Should be next week!

1975 LMC: heavy PMD, maybe spent some time in a parking lot. Zinc rot not possible because it's pre-1982.

1937 LWC: extreme PMD, lots of abuse after striking.

1959 LMC: some environmental damage. If circulated, it would develop a "circulation cameo" when the high points wear down to copper color and leave the fields/recesses darkened.

1962 5c: it certainly appears to be damage but, I'm confused by no signs on the obverse. I think blunt force is out. Heat maybe or melted from electricity. Still, the normal obverse confuses me.

1962 5c: looks like solder has been applied to the reverse. It may have been a pin or button once.

You called it Fuzzy!

I was thinking it looked like too much material to have come from a single coin. With the centered depression and unaffected obverse, it makes perfect sense. The pinback or button loop was lost/removed and this is what remains.
