It is WDDO-007. Congratulations on the find! Here's John A Wexler's page. Your's could be Stage B or C. doubleddie.com/452412.html

Thank you E&V! Wexler's site is where I was looking, I was just a little confused with the different stages. I thought maybe stage D and was just about to Email him again with some pics to get his opinion like I did with the WDDO-024 I found a couple of days ago.

You're welcome. If you think it's a Stage D specimen, I would contact John Wexler and send him the images. :)

After further inspection I'm thinking that you may be correct. But, which one, B or C! (lol)

It's Stage D, Die gouge below zero is present but the die crack through the W in WE has not formed yet.
Also, I wouldn't fret too much about not finding which stage you have, it's not that important. To me, die stages are just to show the different die markers that may be present so you can confirm what # doubled die you have.

Thanks Tanman2001! I understand the markers are help identify which number DD you have it makes perfect sense. I originally thought stage D but Wexler's site states (for the WDDO-007 stage D) that, Quote: The die has been heavily abraded removing the die clash marks and most Stage C die scratches. and this coin still shows the clash marks.

The clash marks on your coin are much, much weaker than stage C examples due to the abrasion that occurs in Stage D.

No Problem It's funny, you've been posting 1970 doubled 7s recently, and I found my third today. The first two I found are unlisted, I'm sending them to Wexler soon. The one I found today is 1970 WDDO-010, I'll make a topic about it later.

That in funny! I actually have another one but all I could find is the doubling above the 7.I don't see any markers on the obverse or reverse. I'll put it aside to send in to Wexler.

I apologize for the glare. I tried to soften the pic but didn't have much luck. I outlined the areas of interest. Hope it helps. In the original pics, pics 5 and 6 are the die clash of the columns
