Ok so I stopped looking for double vision and started looking for notches and splits in devices through my loop well I have come up with this one I can't get to great of pictures with my microscope but you can somewhat see it and the split down the devices let me know if you agree all these are very visible with my loop reason I am posting it thanks in advance

Sorry I don't see it! your pics are not focused and have too much glare.going by these images, to me it looks more like plating issue.

I don't see any obvious signs of it being a doubled die. Also, the glare would be covering up any signs of it being a minor doubled die.

Yes I know can't seem to take a pic without glare so I guess I'll hold onto it and reserect this posting when me and glare get along I have the light blocked by paper and all the way down on my microscope

How many lights are you using? For micro photo images, one is the best. If you have more than one, then the corners will show a wrap around affect. Just one light source.

How ever many the scope came with but I have them all blacked put but one with just 1 layer of paper on it so it's low then the notch right before completely off I don't know I have to figure it out one day I will

But with my loop I have a single light

Yea, it can be tough keep practicing. Try the light from different angles also-and can also try no direct light on the coin but just near it. Depending on the setup different things may or may not work. Some coins just won't cooperate ever lol

One day I will get it but I think I'm getting me another microscope soon so I will set that one up the way I want and can take good pics on this one I still have on its swivel stand and all because I have yet to be able to get the wood to build my table where I will set everything up at

I'm no good with minor DDs but, the date looks like Die Deterioration Doubling. I say that only because of the direction in which the "doubling" is seen.
