Is this a 1969 S Double Die Obverse or are my eyes deceiving me? I cant tell if its lighting or if its really a double die and I dont have a jeweler's loupe to look, all I have is a 6x magnifying glass which isn't good enough I fear...

what do you guys think?

I would call it Machine Doubling because it only affects some of the letters, only shows on the outside (or only shows on the inside) and is flat instead of rounded like die doubling. Plus there is no sign of notching where the doubled letter meets the original.
