Looks more like a partial clash of part of the memorial from the reverse. Nice find

That is a die clash!! Nice find!! I wish I could find one. That is the bay of the reverse of the memorial building. That happens when there is no blank in between the two dies and the dies hit together

Looks like a tilted and rotated clash hence only 1 bar showing nice find!

Heres an overlay:

Note that columns are what cause those lines from the reverse die. (columns are incuse on the die) The dies have rotated position after the clash/clashes.
