I'm thinking it is an MD. Either that or the DDO is so tilted that they almost made a perfect coin, but missed.

Looks flat shelf like on the bottom of 'GOD', so it is MD. On the tops of the motto, then it is die wear between the top of the device to the rim area is where this is common to find on the 50's wheat cents.
