 with Mark, you have coins that have been replated. the originals did not have a mirror shine, only a matte look as uncirculated. Replated cents are considered damaged by most collectors, the "errors you see may be refraction of light, MD on date and mushiness of details.

@PBJ1523, could you please take and post overall pics of the obv and rev in natural light? It does look like your cents may have been reprocessed.

How can you tell tell if they are processed?  Sometimes they are rusty/disty, but they plate them any way. Anything plated over, shows up like a sore thumb.
