1976-D Eisenhower DDO? Maybe?

Okay, so I have a few Ikes that were in my brother's small collection. I actually had to cut the 2x2s out of the binder pages because they were stuck. So, when removing them from the 2x2s for an acetone soak, I gave them a once-over.

This one stood out to me when looking at IGWT with the naked eye. What caught my attention first was the G, then the O and S. When taking pics, I also noticed some sort of doubling on Ike's upper lip and chin (MD?). I don't look at many Ikes so I'm probably just making it up. What do you think?

Went both ways, push doubling on the motto and slide doubling on face, one's a bounce other is a shearing directional
