It's not a clash. It's across the field of the die. Not totally sure but looks like a large die gouge to me

Ejector Damage? Feeder finger seem to go SW-NE on reverse, this is opposite to that.

It is Feeder Finger Damage. The fingers get struck during the striking process. They are now bent a bit:
1999-P-One-Cent-Is-This-Clashed-Die?
The altered finger now start rubbing on the die creating a ridge on the die and the coin start to show it. They can be in several directions. Wheat cents N-S

Why incuse? (I don't know)
NW/SE:
1999-P-One-Cent-Is-This-Clashed-Die?
NE/SW:
1999-P-One-Cent-Is-This-Clashed-Die?
Damage to the fields. Probably one of the reasons they polish them so much?
