Very nice lam but it laminated after strike. On a pre-strike lam there are no struck details where you see the lamination striations. My avatar is an example of a split before strike coin

Thank you stoneman, I see your point and I think we are both on the same page regarding the Lamination have fallen off before strike.

I disagree. You would not see ghost images of the peeled devices if the lamination had fallen off before the strike. These devices would had been strong. IE" if you had a partial cladding, the missing cladding area would show the strong strike devices:

Here is a split off planchet before the strike:
1944-P-Wheat-Cent.-Large-Lamination-After-The-Strike!
1944-P-Wheat-Cent.-Large-Lamination-After-The-Strike!
Note how the devices are full struck, except where the planchet is not there to complete the strike.
Your coin peeled after the strike.

Thank you both for correction, yes,education is key to collector success and I owe a lot of that to the experts on this forum.Now it all makes sense.

I like to tell everyone what I see on their coin, rather than a yes or no answer. That way the next time they see something, they can reason what it is. (but this is just me)
