Navy Davy and I met up at a new location that did not pan out.  From there it was off to  local park which took a fair bit of effort to walk back to as the gate was closed.  Half way through a quota we called it quits for that location with the only notable coin being a 59 dime.

Heading back to our cars one would have sworn that ND and I had run a marathon as we were both huffing and puffing with sweat running amok.

We parted ways and I continued on for the other 23 coins needed to make quota.  Got that but forgot something.................................Marie to the rescue.  Bluenose senior moment ........again!

Nice haul. At least you didn't lock yourself out while it was still running.

I did that -- like 20 years ago. Very embarrassing.

My wife had to driver 20 miles to rescue me on a snowy morning last year when I locked my keys in the trunk after going back to my car to replace my detector batteries. I knew it the minute the trunk slammed shut.

She stills brings that up.

Now, I always pat my pocket to make sure the keys are in it before closing anything on the car.
