I have a 1985 P Washington quarter with possible doubke die error. Double die appears to be in In the TR in trust. Please give me your opinion and possible value. Thank you.

Is there anyway you can crop that part of the coin and post it? From this pic I can't see it.

Much better pic! The flattening of these letters looks like plain damage/wear to me, but others will weigh in on this as well I'm sure. Perhaps a little grease was left in the lowest recesses of these letters causing them to appear a little thicker even as they left the mint.

I greatly appreciate everyone's very helpful and insightful feedback. I am new to all of this and have little knowledge of errors. I began checking all loose change three montjs ago and my lack of experience has cause me to become unnecessarily excitable over findings that proove to be worth nothing more than face value, hiwever, I still enjoy searching for those rare finds and with trial and error I amlearning more and more about the Coin World. Thank you for participating and I appreciate the time each of you took to respond.
