Images are a little small to be sure, but I'm inclined to agree with B-9. Here, attribute it for yourself.

R-4 according to my book from 1999. Not sure if those rarity numbers evolve much though.

Top of one in date looks to be serif while pics of b9 have sans serif one. Opinion on that please.
