The coin does look a bit dull but I think/hope it's just the picture. I think it makes XF-40.

I'll offer it 35, and an opinion that the photography doesn't flatter it. I bet it would be a much nicer coin in the hands of a good stick with the camera.

35 looks right. I'd only go for it if there was a no questions return policy. If it's nicer in hand it would be a great piece.

Thanks everyone! This coin was graded XF-40 by PCGS. It looked slightly overgraded to me but maybe the coin is nicer than the pics indicate as some mentioned.

Very choice eye appeal. I went for 40, in the end, based on the hair detail. It deserves this grade.

I would have said VF35 right on the line.
