Technical VF-20 but with the marks I'm thinking F15 with the marks

It has no eye appeal - I'd say more like F-12 details, Environmental Damage. Maybe an acetone soak with a Verdi-Care application will give it a little more "life"

That perfectly round spot on the neck is concerning...F details, light porosity/ED.

You're right, it's a risk and I got some coins that some of the people here wouldn't want in their collections but the fact is I'm happy with them... will I upgrade them? probably at some point but this coin's a hole filler for the time being and I KNOW, after an acetone bath and verdi-care, it will look MUCH better ... thanks again everyone.

Got it in today and the photos were VERY out of focus making it look much worse than it is. It's still a details coin but with more detail...

VF-25 Details. Liberty is actually pretty strong with some wear in the middle and base of headband is defined. Even some diamonds present! Definitely environmental damage of some kind.
