Can anyone tell me a little more about this particular error? WCC-001

Whats the chances of finding this CRH? Is there somewhere I can find more info on this particular error? I'm searching my '69-S stockpile and I'd like to know what to look for besides the famous DDO.

THANKS in advance!

Don't forget the 1969S-1DO-003:
1969-S-Cent-Counter-Clash-Reverse

Also CONECA:
1969-S DDO-002, 2-O-V-CW from K-9
http://www.varietyvista.com/01b%20L...9SDDO002.htm

Also Wexler:
1969-S 1¢ WDDO-002 "Best Of" Variety

Description: A CW spread, probably from a tilted hub, shows on the top right side of the first 9, the lower half of the 6, and slightly on the top of the second 9.

May I ask just huh that is? What source listing is that. Next question/answer, there's a couple minor DDRs and RPMs but that's about it besides the two DDOs. Most folks aren't that interested in clashes unless it is a well defined prisoner, otherwise,...why? If it turns your crank, I guess go for it...

In the "Strike it Rich" book, there's the 69-S DDO-001 and the counter clash. The clash has a premium of $275. Wexler listing WCC-001

Humpf. What I surmised, gold diggers. Whatever yanks your crank, those "infomercial" books are a pet peeve of mine. Only one who really "makes a killin'" is the writer who plays off the darker greedy side of human nature. Is it really numismatically inspiring? Was it purchased to add understanding of areas of error coins or to flip a buck?
I think it kills the joy of the hobby. Oh well...

Crazy, surmise what you will. If I were a gold digger I'd find a different hobby. Granted, I'm new to this world, and if I've done something wrong by purchasing an "infomercial" book (which seemed like a good start), hopefully I learn my lesson. When trying to evaluate the desirability of a certain error or variety, all I've found are monetary values to compare each one to the other. If you have some knowledge to extend to me I'd love to absorb it, but if you're just someone who likes to hear their own voice, I'd prefer not to partake. Whichever route you choose, I'll thank you again.
