I know these are very slight,But I do still like how a portion of the designer's Initials are cut off. Also to have two of the same are cool to me! Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Not sure why this happened. I check on PCGS to see if this was an issue that year. We nothing else showed up like it on the image site. The rim looks normal to me. But the reverse letters at the top look weak there. Is the coin under weight? It might be a tapered planchet?

The top/first one weighs 4.947g the other weighs 4.937g.
