FR-2 so those marks on the bust probably details the coin but when they get to the lower grades sometimes they let issues like that slide.

bandsdean nailed it. Yes it's FR2 and yes it might be given a pass on the marks for its age and level of wear.

I'm seeing this coin again....I raised the price on this one to $50 last night. It will straight grade FR2 all day. Possibly PO-01. Good looking coin for the level of wear.

No details on this puppy, just honest circ wear and damage/scratches that go with any FR-02 coin.
