i found this 1980 philadelphia Lincoln Cent . I think its a doubled die obverse but I want to know what the experts see ?

Looks like a normal coin with some Machine Doubling. The devices are not enlarged like the real DDO would be. The hub doubling on LIBERTY is vertical, not horizontal like your coin. The date is also wider:
