DDO stands for doubled die obverse.

Do you mean DDR, doubled die reverse?

Your first major problem is there are NO known DDO or DDRs listed for the 1990D. Second problem is look at the R and L in DOLLAR, (easiest to see this on) the lower bars and leg are reduced in width...THIS IS ALWAYS MD!

I meant DDR. I'm sorry for not specifying. I've look at other DD coins on this website and the doubling appears the same.
