Shot through the slab, right? I see a scratch casting a shadow on the hair. The obverse circumferential die crack is spectacular and I guarantee anyone seeing it would remember it. That's a Peace dollar crack, not a Morgan crack.

I'm going through all of the 1883-O VAMs looking for it.

High-end 64 to me but 65 on the slab wouldn't be a surprise.

Nice one SRS! One of the most dramatic die cracks in the 1883-O series. What's truly remarkable about this VAM is how many examples the New Orleans mint was able to produce in this what appears to be terminal die state.
