This isn't the Huge O variety. Interesting coin with obverse from rusted dies. Stars and head details are very well struck but the rest of the coin isn't. Check out how sharp the rims and dentils are and the lettering on the reverse.

I'm not sure but will say AU-50.

What bothers me the most about it is the nice sized scratch above the mint mark.

If it's not the huge "O", I would pass. Common date and easy to find looking better than this.

Not the Huge O, which you'll never forget once you've seen it - the MM isn't bigger than this, but rather crude and thick, sort of like a doughnut. Here I'd say mid-VF, weak strike, cleaned.
