It's a common date Buff in avg. circulated condition . Maybe $0.25 . Keep it if you like or spend it so someone else can get a thrill .

Agree. I'd say F-12 at best.

VG details cleaned. you are not going to find a coin in VG state that does not have any dirt or grime in the deepest crevices unless its been cleaned. the value of the coin is not affected by this due to its grade
