Up_North_coins New Member United States 5 Posts	Posted 12/09/2017 11:37 pm Hey all, I've been working with a 7x lighted magnifying glass for some years now. I'm looking to move to a new say 20x or 30x. Could anyone give me a suggestion on best loupes out there? I also will need a light in it as the lighting in my coin room(office) is not the best. I like the 25mm lens size (although there's a lot of distortion on the periphery), the LED lights and the price. Batteries can be a little expensive though, it takes 3 and most stores charge anywhere between $3 to $6 each. I have found generic button replacements on the Bay. You can get like 20 batteries for about $6 with free shipping. However, they do not last to long, about a1/4 of what name brand ones last. Report this Post to the Staff
