@karims1976, just as a head's up, best practice is to start a fresh thread if you have a different coin to look at. That way, when someone searches, they can find exactly what they are looking for. Certainly not the end of the world, but maybe for next time.

Anyway, for your coin, I don't think that you have a strike through error. Rather, this looks like purposeful damage occurring well after the coin left the mint. You can see where the tool displaced metal from the groove to the sides of the groove. This one looks spendable to me also.
