@karims1976, the value and collect-ability depend on the nature and severity of the error. Without pics, we can't help you.

Can you post a picture of the reverse? standard weight is 5.7 grams, so that may be within tolerances, and the color change may just be environmental toning. May have been on the ground for some time.

those pictures are better, you were posting them as I was typing my last reply, but that reply still applies. Looks like it was on the ground for a while. Sorry, but only worth 25 cents.

Looks like a dug coin that somebody tried to clean (with a fine wire brush)

@karims, when coins are left in the ground they can look like this. I agree with the others that your coin likely has developed this color from environmental damage. It is safe to spend!

a wishing well coin , wishing you well with it.and no one ever wants to hear this but try some soap and water . looks like a 25 cent quarter to me and it not going to hurt it if it is a missing clad .(only soap and water ) but can you post the rim of the coin (it might help ) and thanks for sharing

Kaufman: Your coin was found outside where the elements altered the color. Not a mint error. The way I can tell that is what happened to your coin is the silver color from the cladding is showing through on the highest points on the coin. A missing cladding would show a stronger red color and have no silver showing. Also the design would be weaker because of missing cladding. The weight would also be lighter. So it is not an error coin.
