I just found this one and it is similar to the one Willburton poster earlier. The skull cracks are not as dramatic but it also has several die cracks on the reverse. Thanks for looking.

Boy OJ, both side are PDVLDS (Past Dead Very Late Die state)! I'm always looking to see how close and stretched IGWT & EPU are...both are here, dies are past any good use for sure! No wonder cracks are abundant!
