ok. thank you so much. can I also ask about another coin? its a philippine 25 centavos dated 1996. I cannot find any info about this coin. its like silver instead of brass plated steel

That last coin has the mushiness and lack of sharpness that a plated coin has. Possibly plated with zinc, nickel? Look on YouTube for instructions how to...

the silverish coin I have does not stick to magnet unlike the regular 25 centavos that we have. I've tried to get info about this coin but can't find anything on google
