Edit: Oops, my bad. That is not the normal weight for Copper cents. Sorry about that, my bad. 3.11 grams is normal weight while 2.5 grams is not normal for a Copper cent. Rolled on Thin Planchet stock?

You were probably thinking about the Zinc cents - they are 2.5g - the copper wheats and memorials are 3.11g
So probably struck on a thin planchet
Rest in Peace

Other thing to remember is the alloy mix was made from old used shell cases from WW2, possibly a bit different mix.

Thinner by coat and ONE maybe?, strike looks unfilled out there or grease filled...?

Parts of the design on both sides are not fully struck up, the typical result of a thin planchet.
