I'm wondering if someone didn't try to clean that fingerprint off of it causing the streaking? Just something to ponder.

Cleaning, right Mark. Notice how LIBERTY ONE and other areas aren't effected within devices, bad imitation

Cleaned but not by me. Frustrating when it's done on good coins

It does look cleaned but overall it's still a decent coin to hold on to. The '23-S is a better date too, right next to the '22-D in total mintage.

To me it is a woody. Looks like the fingerprint happened when it was being examined.

It's definitely a Woody, cleaned or not. The streaks go in the same direction on both sides when the coin is not flipped. Nice find.
