Unknown Square Brass Token, 21 MM Dia, With 1 F. On It.

oriole Pillar of the Community Canada 5238 Posts	Posted 12/15/2017 4:27 pm This is an unknown token, brass, 21 millimeters each side. the other side is identical. The only guess I can make is that 1F means one franc, but there is nothing else identifiable to country or manufacturer on it. Report this Post to the Staff

However, that numista reference unfortunately says nothing about the token except that it is French. So if anyone knows anything about the time period/ purpose, I would be much obliged.
