I sure can't get any idea of what that is. What is the size/weight?

Sorry I should have put that in the first post.
It weighs 2.7 grams and is the same size as a dime. Sorry I don't have a caliper. And it's non magnetic.

I can't believe the moderators haven't kicked you off the US classic forum yet. I'd be curious to know what it is, stay tuned.

Fantasy piece. Looks like a button cover, or jeweler's imitation of a coin motif. There were no 1702-dated coins with an obverse date, stars and a bust facing left that I could find; the only thing even close were certain 1792 US patterns but they lacked the stars. It might also be some sort of spielmarke / gaming counter.

I thought about it, but wanted confirmation it is actually not a classic US or colonial coin. It was moved to the Identification forum for a bit and now this seems to indicate it is indeed exonumia...

I will now move it to the Tokens/Medals/Exonumia forum.
