Good evening I think I may have found a 1956 D RPM but not 100% positive any input would be great

It is a RPM. Which is one though? The image is a bit distorted, so it needs a better straight on shot. The vertical is to short for the width.

Looks like it could be a 1956 D-RPM-013 D/D west. With the placement of the MM under the 5.
The experts should chime in soon with a more knowlegable and informative answer

I see what your saying Coop, the serif does look different. In the OP's photo, it looks as if it has taken a few hits in the area and as you mentioned, a straight on shot would give a better view perhaps.
