The G/BG marks might be a maveric counterstamp. Here is what @exoguy has said previously:

There were many occupations, like cutlers, liquor dealers, metal smiths, etc. Often, there's a name, occupation and/or street and town all stamped on the coin. These have some value to them. Random initials have little or no value, except to perhaps an owner whose initials they are.
