Looks a bit like a razor blade knife cut the coin. It is not in a straight line and curves under the jaw. That is what concerns me on this one. Is there a nick on the rim? If so, that maybe the cause.

Nah, it is a Lam. No nicks on the rim plus it can be lifted up and has an ample supply of dirt under it.
