Not the RPM-001.

The 001 is a north and south RPM to the east side of the mint mark.
Rest in Peace

Must have an early MDS or EDS state. See note on coppercoins about that but there's enough there to say yahoo!

Why Topic Titles are Important

The title of your topic is very important. Let's say you need help attributing an 1896 Morgan Dollar....

  • Horrendous: Help!

  • Bad: Need help with coin

  • Better: Need help with Morgan Dollar

  • Good: Need help with 1896 Morgan Dollar

  • Awesome: Need help with VAM on 1896 Morgan Dollar

This enables the members with expertise pertaining to your question to easily find and answer your question. The title of the topic also becomes the title of the topic's web page, which enables us to attract more collectors to the site. The more members we have, the more we learn.

Coop, still believe this is the 001. You can see the east west mint mark inside the upper 1/3 of the D. Also the position under the date looks correct. The area at the bottom east side of the D is damage, it took a hit from something, it also hit the bottom of the 9.
Thanks

Fuzzy, sorry about leaving the dates out of the title. I do very little posting as I have a disabled wife I take care of. I do my posting between care duties.
Thanks

It might be, but the contact marks are distracting.
