Second, your first pic is a little out of focus, but your second pic is so far out that it is hard to see what you might be referencing. On the obv, I see normal circulation wear and tear plus some interesting staining (rust?) from about 10 to 3 o'clock roughly tracing an arc near the rim. Whatever the source of that stain, it occurred after your coin left the mint and is not considered an error. Or perhaps you are looking at something else? If you can provide a little more detail (plus the better pics) that would be awesome.
