Questions On Verifying Errors In Washington Bill

Hi all! Newbie here and I found this bill and wanted to get some verification that I am seeing this correctly as an error (albeit, maybe not a strong one.) Any insight is greatly appreciated!! :)

1. The serial number has a blown out 7 on the top row, not sure if that is even considered an error or not.
2. The word ONE is slightly showing through on each side of Washington on the obverse
3. Washington's rear collar and shoulder of coat are showing through on the reverse side.

I believe you're just seeing normal variations in how much ink was applied to the note. These types of variations are not considered to be errors.

The more notes you handle the more of these little eccentricities you will notice and get accustomed to.
