MS for me. Still don't know how to gauge the 60 to 70 rating. But if I would, I would say 64

That cheek is awfully clean. I'm at 64. Uncertain on a dip since the luster seems disturbed.

UNC details due to a Jewel Lustre dip. Probably was a nicely toned AU/Unc coin at one time.
People can't leave these things alone and screw with them "to try to make them look better"!
