This is normal for this years and for the " P " it means Plated and the issue was Revised 137 millions coins

So this would be a keeper then? Only 5 mill minted aint a really high number.

I made a mistake here on the mintage of this coin it's should read 137 millions and not 5 millions as it show this value was for the 2000P.

1913-V, even a 5,000,000 issue is a ton of coins. If you want scarcity or rarity, the Queen Victoria issues are good. The mintage numbers for those coins mean little since the survival rate for them is quite low. Some of the Victorian 50c coins are difficult to get even in a grade of VG8. For 25c Victorian coins, the survival rate appears to be less than 1%.
