Yes, I think that it an inverted 9(6). The other markers are there (C in Canada, special vine break at 2), but I don't see the D/C at 12. However, if this was a later strike with this die, the underpunch inside the loop and in the gap seems to almost disappear, as is this one. All of what should be impressions of the underpunch on the die are being flattened out or worn down to the field level. I had some of them that were F-15 that showed the underpunch much better than an XF one. I think that it made a difference on when in the striking cycle that the coin was made.
