My spidey sense was tingling. I shouldn't have, but I went on ebay, searched, found, and bought (for $21 with a 10% ebay bucks promo!)

India, Jammu and Kashmir
Late Kidarites, likely Pratapaditya II (5th century?)
Debased AV stater (6.34g, 10-30% fine)
Ultra-stylized king standing left, sacrificing at altar, Brahmi (ka?) Beneath arm
Ultra-stylized Lakshmi seated facing (knees present as dots), holding spear and cornucopia, Brahmi to left

For comparison, here is my Vinayaditya:

Digging around, I found a similarly styled and light dinar on Zeno, attributed to Pratapaditya II:

That led to a few more similar:

21 bucks for ancient gold - even debased - is remarkable. Great find.

Need to correct an error; my older Kidarite dinar is not Vinayaditya, but Durla Deva.
