It's difficult to get solid photos but here are a few. Doubling can be seen on "In God We Trust" and "Liberty"

Like I've said before, Proofs are struck twice, gives the mint two time the possibility to screw up...Thats MD I would think. Only Known are very defined:

There are two nice proof DDOs that year, but as mentioned yours is not one of them.
The clue? The overall size of the devices are much larger.
