Brandt & G.W. von Nawrocki of Gerard W. von Nawrocki possessor, jn engineer and patent attorney W. Berlin 124 Leipzig Ste.124 They say it's brass and 30.5mm. Also, the sculptor was Laurer whom I was just reading about earlier this evening. I assume that is supposed to be "Düsseldorf".
