It is a RPM, but hard to match u. I have roll of these I've not found a match for yet. I put them into tubes for now.

Second thoughts, not 024, shape wrong and placement not quit right but the 047 is a match

The angle of the mint mark looks different, but the digits of the date is not all present. That is the difference I see on 047. So the date on CC may not be level, or this maybe a a different die? Markers?
