Don't do it. I'm surprised the sellers message got through, and not intercepted by ebay. It's basically easy to contact ebay, just call and tell them the story. Report this Post to the Staff
basebal21 Bedrock of the Community 13014 Posts	Posted 12/27/2017 12:30 am At this point your best bet is probably just to cancel. Sounds like they turned off PayPal for their payment options. There's no way to force them to take regular PayPal for it which is what ebay will tell you. Technically I don't think they're breaking any ebay rules since the sale still went through ebay it sounds like but if you don't pay through ebay I'm pretty sure you lose the ebay protection. Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 12/27/2017 02:20 am Sounds Like the seller is tanked on his PayPal funds, is broke. doesn't have money to pay for the eBay/Paypal invoices and has no credit card on file to cover it. Run like the wind...away from this sale for sure. Call ebay, this seller is trying to pull a fast one to get some cash, end run with you being the football. Report this Post to the Staff

They pretty much said what you all said about not going through with it and assured me I won't get negative feedback. They said to contact the seller and tell them to cancel it.
